One of our strength is our expertise in real-time simulation. Advanced algorithms
generate billion of calculations done in one second, making the vehicle move and
behave just like the real one. CAD-drawings, weights, centre of gravity, hydraulic
power, materials strength and other machine specific data is imported into the
simulation. 

Together with the environments physic values, such as type of bed, friction and
weather conditions, the simulation calculates how the machine will behave, instead
of a pre-programmed action.

We also have a long experience in integrating the simulation software with the real machines control and control software. In all our products original controls are used, which improves the efficiency of the training, by developing an automated behavior. We have products that range from simplified joystick setups to fully functional cabins. The more functions that are enabled, the more versatile exercises can be carried out.

A motion platform changes the operation impression radical. The chair or the cabin is mounted onto a motion platform that reacts to all movements simulated. It is a very important feature, since an operator in many cases depends in feeling the cabs movement and when the bucket touches the ground.
The fact that the movements and tilting angles of the cabin is replicated of the motion platforms, makes a clear difference in the smoothness of operation. This is very important, especially when training risk and safety manners.
