CabiN

In our full cabin systems, which can be tailored to suit any application, the user sits in an original cabin identical to that of the real machine. All of the parts are genuine: levers, buttons, control system and more. Inside the cabin, the user can do everything that is possible in a real machine. The cabin can be mounted on a motion platform for full immersive haptic feedback. The Oryx MPF XL is suited for heavy cabins and offers 2 degrees of motion feedback. The system requries 3-phase power 230-480 VAC 50/60 Hz. We can also offer 3rd party motion platforms such as Moog and Rexroth. The cabin windows are replaced with large 1080p LED displays made to create a wide viewing window into the simulation. The user has the same view as in the real machine.

COMPACT

The chassis are manufactured in a vaccum molder which makes the production both fast and at low cost. Our customers branding profile can easily be acquired and applied to the chassis color and decal set. The motion platform is available for all compact simulators and creates that final immersive touch. The operators learn what is feels like when the transmission shifts gear and at what inclincation the boom should be moved to counter-weight the risk of turning the machine over. The motion platform requires single-phase power 115-230 VAC 50/60 Hz for operations. The compact units are designed to fit on a standard EU pallet (1200x800mm) excluding additional screens and equipment. This makes the simulator system great for mounting in a container, truck or moving in and out of office buildings. The standard system is equipped with single 1080p LED display mounted horizontally or vertically depending on application. Optional display mount can be used to support multiple additional displays.

portable

The portable simulator types comes with a high performing computer, integrated IO unit and quick connect cable harnesses. It connects to any FullHD monitor or projector. The adjustable arm rests are designed in matte black metal and can easily be mounted firmly on a table. The construction allows for a variety of different controls and joystick to be fitted. Optional controls such as pedals and control system displays can also be included in the system. The portables are stored and transported in custom made hard cases for protection and can be branded for maximum brand recognition
